Each location — Spain, Netherlands, Brazil, Armenia, US — has a People Operations Partner who owns everything: the full employee lifecycle on the ground, the local workplace experience, and the day-to-day people experience in that hub. You are Manychat Spain's trusted People Operations expert. You operate within a global framework — global standards, tools, and domain leads who own Payroll, Compliance, People Tech, Workplace & Experience, and Rewards. But in Barcelona, the experience lives with you.
