WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟 We're looking for a sharp, senior analytics leader to own Marketing Analytics and partner closely with the CMO and Marketing leadership in Austin and across the globe. It's a player-coach role that works through a small team: you'll guide a couple of analysts, but management is the lighter part of the job — you stay hands-on and in the game. Most of your time goes to setting priorities, keeping stakeholders aligned, and partnering on strategy — while still diving into the projects that need you. You're practical about rigor — you know when a question needs hard proof and when a directional read is enough to move fast. And you don't see marketing analytics in isolation: you keep it tied to the bigger picture of the business, working across teams to keep that view connected. You bring 8+ years in Data Analytics or Data Science, deep experience in the Marketing domain, and a track record of leading people and projects. You're fluent in the craft and exceptional at stakehol
