You’ll sit embedded within Marketing, reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations and partnering closely with the CMO. Your mandate is broad and exciting: spot where AI and automation can unlock the most value, then build the systems, and the team capability, to capture it. You’ll decide what’s worth automating, design how it works, and turn a team of talented marketers into a team that builds and ships with AI by default. This is a builder’s role with an enabler’s heart. One week you’re prototyping an agentic workflow that collapses a process from days to minutes; the next you’re sitting with a sub-team turning their biggest headache into something AI just handles.
