About this role
As an Onboarding Consultant for the Benelux region, you will be the primary contact for customers following their sales engagement, guiding them through a structured 10-12 week onboarding process. You'll work with customers to understand their recruiting and HR objectives, help them configure their workspace, train their teams, and support them to go-live. You'll also contribute to developing internal enablement materials and process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
