Are you looking for an internship where you can gain hands-on experience in an international logistics environment while contributing to a project with organization-wide impact? Then this internship at Nedap Livestock might be the perfect fit for you. Within our Operations team, we ensure that our products reach customers around the world efficiently. Just as important is what happens when products are returned. Think of repairs, warranty claims, service requests and commercial returns. During this internship, you will investigate how these different return flows can be organized more efficiently and help design a future-proof returns process that can eventually be adopted across multiple Nedap business units. You will become an active member of the team while also having the freedom to conduct your own research and develop concrete improvement proposals. Start your application Your responsibilities Operations & Logistics Support the day-to-day activities within the Operations and Logistics team while mapping the current Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Analysis Analyze different return flows, including repairs, warranty, service, and commercial returns, and investigate the collaboration between Nedap Livestock and its international business partners. Identify opportunities Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the current process
