As the organization accelerates its growth in North America, we are hiring a detail-oriented, process-driven HR Operations professional to partner with the Director, Human Resources and assist in the build of a scalable HR department. As an HR Operations Specialist , you will help ensure the smooth and effective operation of HR processes and technology to enhance the overall employee experience. You will support the design and implementation in multiple HR areas including onboarding/offboarding, benefits, policies, performance management, and the total rewards process. Start your application Your responsibilities HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management: Own and maintain employee records, HR systems, and core HR processes while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding. Benefits and Total Rewards Administration:
