As a Sales Operations Employee at Nedap, you are the connecting link between our international customers, Business Partners, and colleagues within the Sales team. Every day, you process incoming requests from our shared mailbox, support order processing, and assist customers and partners with questions about pricing, deliveries, and products. Thanks to your accuracy and attention to detail, orders are processed correctly and on time, ensuring our operational processes continue to run smoothly. Within the Sales Operations team, you play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our business. You support the administrative and operational handling of hardware orders, safeguard the quality of our processes, and identify opportunities to make them smarter and more efficient. Start your application Your responsibilities Responding to and handling inquiries from international Business Partners and customers via email; Processing and validating hardware orders in our systems; Supporting partners with questions about pricing agreements, products, order statuses, and guidelines; Performing administrative tasks, including aspects of credit control;
