About this role
Lead the development and implementation of workplace strategy and employee experience across Manychat's global operations spanning five locations and three continents. You will have authority to shape office environments, onboarding processes, employee recognition programs, and company events. Work closely with executive leadership and your team to establish new standards for what a modern workplace can be, with creative freedom to reimagine workplace culture and employee engagement.
