About this role
Lead a team of virtual Chief Information Officers (vCIOs) who provide strategic IT advisory services to clients. You will oversee team quality and consistency, guide strategic client meetings and roadmap development, and improve service delivery through clear processes and data-driven management. Responsibilities include coaching team members, reviewing deliverables, monitoring performance metrics, managing team capacity and client allocation, and collaborating with support and technical teams.
