Manychat is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to manage and evolve their cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platform. You will bridge infrastructure and engineering teams, taking ownership of key responsibilities from a transitioning infrastructure lead. The role involves managing AWS resources, securing Kubernetes clusters, and implementing strategic improvements to support the platform's growth and AI product development. You'll work with a distributed team of 350+ people across three continents, balancing hands-on operations with long-term reliability enhancements.
