WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟 We’re looking for a sharp, collaborative, and impact-driven Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in driving Manychat's growth and strategic direction. Reporting to the Business Analytics Lead and working closely with leadership, you will directly influence the mid- and long-term roadmap by providing actionable insights and leading impactful analytics initiatives. You will collaborate with key business areas — including Business Ops, Product, Marketing, and Finance — to develop a solid understanding of the strategic drivers across domains, integrate insights holistically, and help optimize revenue and identify growth levers. You are highly analytical, proactive, and collaborative, able to manage complex projects independently, solve challenging and ambiguous business problems, and use data to drive real outcomes — measured by the impact you create, not the volume of analysis you produce.
