Senior Product Manager - Core IGA

C1.ai is the universal control plane that powers the agentic enterprise. Every organization runs on hundreds of systems that need to answer the same basic question: who can do what, when, and why? We're building something foundational: a horizontal control plane that lets both humans and AI agents plug in to navigate the AI-enabled enterprise, to understand who and what has access, and manage it safely as agents take on more of the work. SaaS apps, infrastructure, internal tools, AI agents…if it has a concept of 'who,' it should connect to us. While we are still small in number, we move fast. If you want to help build this from the ground up, you'll have real ownership here. The Role This role is responsible for owning and evolving a core area of C1's Identity Governance platform. You'll partner closely with customers, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver new capabilities, improve existing workflows, and ensure our platform continues to solve mission-critical identity challenges for enterprise customers. This is an execution-focused product role where strong product judgment, deep domain expertise, and customer empathy matter as much as product strategy.
