About this role
As a damage manager at ABS Storm Vlaardingen, you serve as the reassuring point of contact for customers who have experienced vehicle damage. You guide clients through the entire process from initial intake to final cost calculation, keeping all parties informed and ensuring smooth handling. Your role involves managing damage files, preparing and presenting repair estimates to clients, and processing appraisals and total loss claims. You work in a small, close-knit team of 6 colleagues in a personal and engaged environment.
