Project Manager Marine

What will you be doing? As Project Manager, you are responsible for the coordination, execution and successful delivery of complex technical projects in the maritime sector. You manage your team with a focus on results and collaboration, while maintaining strong communication with all project stakeholders. Your key responsibilities include: Creating and monitoring project schedules, progress and forecasts Leading your team and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment Managing scope changes and making adjustments where needed Monitoring budgets through financial analysis and reporting Acting as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders Together with the Technical Project Manager and the Production Supervisor, you form a close-knit project leadership team, ensuring alignment, structure and successful delivery.
