Production Supervisor Electrical - Maritime

What will you be doing? You’re the go-to person on board, managing a team of lead electricians, electricians, and subcontractors. You create structure and a safe working environment, ensuring that tasks are carried out according to plan and within the set budget. Your responsibilities include: Determining the scope of work from drawings and planning, and coordinating execution with your team Monitoring progress, safety, quality, and priorities on site Holding regular consultations with colleagues, engineers, commissioning engineers, clients and suppliers Fostering not just performance but team spirit – you motivate, guide, and create a positive work atmosphere Keeping oversight of personnel matters such as scheduling, supervision, and team development What do we offer you?
