About this role
Bolder Fund Services seeks a detail-oriented Legal Officer for their Breda office to support corporate governance and legal compliance for client entities. You will handle incorporation, restructuring, and liquidation processes; prepare and review legal documentation; ensure regulatory compliance; manage client onboarding including KYC and due diligence; liaise with stakeholders and regulators; monitor legislative changes; and maintain corporate records. Minimum 32 hours per week, on-site position.
