Account Manager (Fund Accounting)

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join our Fund Accounting team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of alternative investment fund clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality fund accounting and administration services while maintaining strong client relationships. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fund accounting deliverables, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This role offers significant exposure to private equity, venture capital, real estate, and other alternative investment structures across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of fund clients. Build and maintain strong working relationships with fund managers, investors, auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders. Conduct regular client meetings and service reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for service enhancement. Act as the escalation point for client queries and operational matters. Support business development initiatives through cross-selling and identification of additional service opportunities.
