Lead Electrical Technician - Industry

What will you do? Alongside a team of electricians and apprentices, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and servicing electrical installations at a fixed site for a client in the meat processing industry. No two days are the same: you’ll combine hands-on technical work with leadership, guiding your team and acting as the primary contact on site. Some tasks may take place on shifted schedules or during weekends (occasionally). Your responsibilities include: Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting, including motors, PLCs and frequency inverters Leading and supervising your team on the shop floor Preparing, distributing, and monitoring tasks and progress Acting as the first point of contact for both the client and colleagues Ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all work What do we offer you?
