About the role Coalition is looking for a seasoned actuary with deep reinsurance pricing expertise to help build out our world-class actuarial team. This role carries significant ownership across the full pricing lifecycle — from model development and portfolio analytics to treaty governance and executive communication — and demands an exceptional blend of technical depth, strategic thinking, and leadership. You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our reinsurance pricing frameworks and actuarial models, setting the standard for analytical rigor across the team. This means independently structuring and pricing complex treaties, driving portfolio profitability reviews with actionable underwriting recommendations, and ensuring our pricing methodology stays ahead of cyber insurance developments and market shifts. Beyond the technical work, you will be a key voice in shaping how we communicate risk and pricing strategy to senior leadership, underwriting, and external partners — translating complex analyses into clear, confident recommendations.  We'r
