This role will act as a strategic business advisor and thought partner across Insurance GTM, Security, Claims, and Tech, while directly supporting the Head of International and partnering closely with the broader HRBP team. This role will lead and implement people strategies for international leaders and teams across multiple countries, helping drive organizational effectiveness, strong manager capability, and sustainable growth.
