About the role Coalition is hiring a Principal Total Rewards Specialist to add senior execution capacity across benefits, compensation operations, and key People Operations processes. In this role, you will own day-to-day benefits administration for the U.S. and Canada, support international benefits, assist with compensation programs, and contribute to core People Ops workflows that improve the employee experience and strengthen operational excellence.  You will be a key member of a lean global Total Rewards and People Operations team, helping to build and scale processes, controls, and employee support across the function while leveraging AI and related tools to streamline manual work and improve how we operate.
