This is a remote role with occasional travel for leadership meetings, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable engaging in person when needed. About the Job The Talent & Culture Business Partner plays a critical role in strengthening organizational health, leadership effectiveness, and employee performance across the company. This role partners closely with leaders to uphold our values, navigate people-related challenges, and ensure a consistent, fair, and high-performing employee experience. As a key member of the Talent & Culture team, the Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor and coach—supporting Directors through employee relations, performance management, and organizational growth. This role ensures that people strategies are well-designed, hold true to our values, and are effectively executed consistently as the company scales. What You'll Be Doing Employee Relations & Director Support Serve as the primary partner to Directors for employee relations matters, including performance concerns, conflict resolution, investigations, and terminations Provide clear, practical guidance to Directors on handling sensitive employee situations with consistency, fairness, and compliance Lead and document investigations
