We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our growing Brand Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design, branding, and marketing who enjoys bringing ideas to life while keeping projects, assets, and resources organized behind the scenes. About the Job The Marketing Associate will help execute a wide variety of marketing initiatives—from creating presentations and email campaigns to designing marketing collateral and maintaining our visual asset library. This person will work collaboratively across the Marketing team to help ensure every project is delivered on brand, on time, and with excellence. What You’ll Be Doing Design polished, on-brand marketing materials, including presentations, one-pagers, flyers, digital assets, signage, email graphics, and social media content. Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and PowerPoint to create new materials and update existing resources. Help develop and maintain branded templates, marketing tools, and the company’s digital asset library. Build, test, and schedule email campaigns in ActiveCampaign, while supporting audience management and performance reporting.
