About the Job Access is seeking a strategic, relationship-focused sales leader to help drive growth across our Florida destinations. As the Director of Business Development , you'll be responsible for cultivating high-value hotel partnerships, expanding key client relationships, and developing new business opportunities that position your market for long-term success. This role is a unique blend of strategic business development, sales leadership, and relationship management. You'll work closely with hotel partners, clients, and internal teams to generate new opportunities, support the market's sales strategy, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You'll also play an important role in mentoring sales talent and helping your territory achieve ambitious revenue and growth goals. This role is based out of Orlando and requires travel throughout your market for client meetings, hotel partner visits, networking events, industry conferences, and team collaboration.
