Director of Marketing

We are looking for a Director of Marketing to take ownership of our global marketing organization 🌍 This is a senior leadership role within the management team, reporting directly to the C-level. You’ll play a key part in shaping how we scale commercially, position ourselves in the market, and operate as a marketing function in an AI-native era. This role suits someone who is strategic and tactical in equal measure. You'll bring structure, focus, and commercial rigor to a fast-moving environment, while empowering a marketing team that delivers outsized impact through the smart use of AI and modern tooling 🤖 What will you do as our Marketing Director? Drive commercial strategy & predictable pipeline: Lead our global B2B marketing strategy to drive acquisition and retention across all regions. You will lead & optimize demand generation across performance channels & programs (SEO, paid, email, lifecycle, ABM) to build a predictable pipeline that directly powers accepted opportunities and revenue growth. Shape brand, product alignment & GTM execution: Partner closely with Sales and Product on market needs, GTM launches, and product development. You’ll oversee regional execution across events, digital, content, PR, and partner marketing, keeping a close eye on competitor activity, agentic commerce and AI marketplaces to ensure our positioning hits the mark at every touchpoint.
