Customer Campaign Manager - Benelux

Our products support thousands of companies across Europe, and we're looking for a Customer Campaign Manager Benelux to help our existing customers get even more value from our solutions. As our Customer Campaign Manager for the Benelux region, you will design and execute marketing programs that engage, retain and grow our existing customer base . You will work closely with Customer Experience, Account Management, Partnerships and Sales to create campaigns that increase product adoption, strengthen customer relationships, generate referrals, drive customer advocacy and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer journeys, creating meaningful customer experiences, and turning customer satisfaction into measurable business growth. About the team You will join our Benelux Marketing team and work closely with: Customer Experience Managers Account Managers Partnerships team Product Marketing Content Marketing Revenue Operations Together, you'll ensure customers receive the right message at the right moment throughout their lifecycle. Your first year as Customer Campaign Manager During the first 3 months: You'll immerse yourself in our products, customer lifecycle, customer segments and expansion opportunities.
