Assistant Manager (KYC/AML/Transfer Agency/Investor Services)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager, Investor Services to join our growing team. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals supporting a diverse portfolio of investment funds and investors. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in investor services, transfer agency operations, fund administration, and client relationship management within a dynamic international environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end investor servicing activities, including investor onboarding, account maintenance, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, distributions, and investor record updates. Review and process investor transactions, ensuring compliance with fund governing documents, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures. Prepare and review investor-related documentation and communications, including contract notes, investor statements, capital call notices, distribution notices, and other correspondence. Serve as a key point of contact for investors, fund managers, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication. Support investor due diligence, KYC/AML reviews, periodic refresh exercises, and regulatory reporting requirements such as FATCA and CRS. Perform quality control reviews, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
