You’ll support key financial activities, learn industry skills, and work closely with our Finance Manager in a collaborative, innovative environment. We’re on an exciting international growth journey, and as part of our Finance Team, you’ll play a key supporting role in driving our business forward. What you'll be working on Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily bank reconciliations and weekly cash forecasts to maintain tight control over cash flow. Payment Oversight: Review and approve system-entered payment requests while preparing weekly payment runs to ensure smooth operations. Accounts Payable: Manage the purchase ledger by analyzing and processing invoices with high accuracy and precise coding. General Ledger: Prepare and post journal entries and maintain an updated asset register for accurate record-keeping. Revenue & AR: Raise sales invoices and assist with credit chasing under the Finance Manager's guidance to support the sales process.
