About this role
As a senior damage repair specialist, you will handle complex and larger vehicle damage cases at a small, tight-knit repair facility. Your work includes dent removal, repairs, welding, and replacement of body panels and components, as well as measuring vehicle systems and straightening car bodies. You'll work with a team of six colleagues where communication is direct and personal relationships are strong. The company recently joined Den Elzen Groep as of January 1, 2026, and is focused on improving processes while maintaining its collaborative culture.
What you'll likely bring
