Warehouse Lead

About the Role The  Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for leading the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely receiving processes as well as inventory and stock control with maximum efficiency. The Team lead must also strive to meet all set KPI’s for the Operations of the warehouse. What you will be doing: Organize and maintain inventory and stock control.  Ensure that the storage areas and warehouse is kept clean and tidy, which includes identifying areas where processes could be improved, and work practices amended. Supervises and reviews  all receiving, inventory, staging, and shipping activities performed by warehouse team; maintains a high degree of visibility and access to employees on warehouse floor Understands and ensures strong compliance of standard processes Leads by example and trains, motivates, coaches, rewards, and disciplines crew being supervised Assist the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure smooth operation of warehouse systems,  equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed. Ensure accurate proper and timely reporting of data to generate established KPIs Continuously develops employees by coaching and providing insightful feedback.
