Staff Marketing Analyst (all genders)

About the role: What's in the Box As Staff Marketing Analyst (all genders) you will serve as the primary strategic architect for the Global Reactivations function, moving beyond tactical execution to own the technical roadmap and measurement frameworks that drive high-level business strategy. You will bridge the gap between complex data ecosystems and executive decision-making, acting as a force who scales the impact of the entire analytics domain. Your expertise in CRM Analytics, combined with a knack for storytelling through data, will directly influence the ability to reduce churn impact and optimize our channels along with marketing spend. Please note that this position is a 24-month fixed-term contract (with the aim of converting it to a permanent position afterwards). What you’ll do: The Recipe Partner with Marketing and Growth leadership to define KPI trees and measurement frameworks that align global reactivation efforts with long-term business goals. Architect advanced analytics solutions using BigQuery, GA4, and behavioral datasets to uncover deep insights into churn patterns and lifecycle optimization. Design and analyze rigorous A/B tests and incremental lift studies to ensure global marketing strategies are rooted in statistical truth and clear ROI.
