About this role
Home care nursing assistant position with Thuiszorg West-Brabant in Breda. You provide daily care and support to clients in their homes, performing nursing tasks such as wound care, feeding tube administration, stoma care, and injections. Beyond clinical duties, you offer emotional support and help clients maintain independence in their familiar environment.
