[US HQ] Associate Director, North America Launch

Associate Director,  Launch, Global Value Stream (North America) The Launch Associate Director is a critical, hands-on role responsible for the successful execution of all new hardware installations, new building launches, and decommissioning projects across the North American network. You will serve as the primary project owner, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure seamless operational readiness and minimal business disruption. Serve as the primary point of contact from the Global Value Stream organization for all new facility launches for expansions, major hardware deployments, and site decommissioning activities in the United States and Canada. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, detailed work breakdown structures, schedules, resource allocation, and budget management. Coordinate and drive alignment across internal teams (Operations, Tech, Real Estate, HR, Procurement) and external vendors (contractors, suppliers) to meet launch deadlines. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, escalating critical issues to leadership with proposed solutions. Oversee the installation and commissioning of material handling equipment, IT infrastructure, and other operational systems in new and existing sites for the OpEX team. Establish Go/No-Go
