Traveling Data Center Construction Superintendent

ARCO National Construction is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead data center and mission critical design-build projects across the United States. This is a role for an experienced Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or similar construction professional who is ready to take ownership of jobsite execution from post-award review through project completion. You will lead subcontractors, maintain project schedules, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner closely with the project manager to deliver successful projects for our clients. A Day in the Life:  Lead the execution of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through punch list Demonstrate strong leadership with ability and willingness to face challenges, direct subcontractors, and effectively resolve conflicts Partner with the project team to support the construction schedule, including activity sequencing, manpower, and equipment needs Ensure work meets specifications, stays on schedule, and achieves target profitability Assist in the preparation of job progress and cost reports to accurately reflect actual costs Review and approve requisitions, field purchase order
