This role manages logistics and event execution, partners with facilitators and internal stakeholders, and supports consistent, high-quality learner experiences. The Specialist prepares facilitators and materials, contributes to instructional design and content development, and may facilitate selected content.   They build relationships across teams, use learner and program data to inform decisions, and identify improvements to processes, tools, and outcomes. This role suits someone who enjoys learning, sharing knowledge, and bringing structure, curiosity, and follow-through to learning initiatives.   A DAY IN THE LIFE Coordinate established enterprise learning programs from planning through completion, managing timelines, logistics, communications, and documentation.
