TITOL™ Technical Designer

TITOL™ is seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Technical Designer to support the development and production of artist and brand merchandise across a wide range of product categories. This role is responsible for translating approved creative concepts into production-ready specifications, ensuring products are executed accurately and consistently from concept through final production. The Technical Designer will serve as a critical link between creative, brand management, production, and vendor partners, helping to maintain product integrity while driving efficiency throughout the sampling and production process. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with an understanding of design intent, enabling them to make informed decisions and communicate effectively across both creative and manufacturing teams. Working Environment: In-office 5 days/week with occasional travel or on-site support required. May involve weekend or extended hours during peak seasons. Very fast-paced and detail-driven environment, with a focus on problem-solving, managing multiple parallel projects, and re-prioritizing tasks as necessary.
