TITOL™ Product Development, Assistant

Join the largest and fastest growing independent artist merchandise company in the space, work across contemporary recording artist’s e-commerce stores, tours, retail programs, album rollouts + more.   TITOL™ is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Product Development Assistant to support the development and execution of artist and brand merchandise across a variety of product categories. This role will work closely with Creative, Technical Design, Project Management, Production, and external vendor partners to bring concepts from mockup to reality. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of apparel and merchandise production, decoration techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes. They are highly organized, solutions-oriented, and excited to be hands-on throughout the product development lifecycle—from initial concept through sampling and production.   Working Environment: In-office 5 days/week with occasional travel or on-site support required. May involve weekend or extended hours during peak seasons. Very fast-paced and detail-driven environment, with a focus on problem-solving, managing multiple parallel projects, and re-prioritizing tasks as necessary.
