Test Engineer

As a Test Engineer , you play a key role in ensuring that our products are tested reliably and effectively. You develop customized test systems for new products and processes, while analyzing technical challenges, identifying root causes, and developing robust solutions. Working within the Test & Automation Development group, you collaborate closely with project teams to translate product requirements into effective test solutions. You take ownership of technical challenges, identify risks early, and make well-founded technical decisions. You are someone who values quality over quantity and understands that a well-designed test system is essential to delivering reliable products. What you’ll do Develop and improve customized test systems for new products and manufacturing processes. Analyze technical problems, investigate root causes, and develop effective and sustainable solutions. Translate product and customer requirements into effective test strategies, specifications, and test solutions. Identify technical risks early and define appropriate measures to mitigate them.
