Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer , you are responsible for maintaining and continuously improving AME's production processes in mechatronics and electronics manufacturing. You take ownership of assigned production processes and equipment, ensuring they operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. By analyzing production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and recognizing opportunities for improvement, you help ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. As the technical point of contact for Operators and Team Leaders, you provide hands-on support in resolving production issues while maintaining process stability and quality. You play a key role in preparing and implementing New Product Introductions (NPIs), acting as the link between manufacturing engineering and production. This includes reviewing product and tooling designs for manufacturability, validating production processes, releasing equipment for serial production, and establishing maintenance schedules and process control plans.   What you’ll do Prepare, execute, and validate New Product Introductions (NPI's).
