About this role
Lead tender processes and manage projects in water management and green-blue area development. You'll coordinate complex bidding efforts for water boards, national water authorities, provinces, and contractors, developing competitive proposals and EMVI strategies. Between tender cycles, you'll manage projects related to water safety, water management, and sustainable area development, overseeing timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client relationships.
