About this role
As a Technical Specialist at the Hoofddorp location, you will be the primary contact for complex technical issues across Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. You will diagnose and resolve difficult faults using your expertise in electronics, diagnostics, and software systems. You will also mentor colleagues, maintain workshop quality standards, and serve as a technical resource for the dealership and importer.
What you'll likely bring
- Level 4 diploma in Technical Specialist for Passenger Cars or equivalent qualification in progress
- Proven experience with vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding
- Knowledge of modern vehicle systems, electronics, and software
- APK (MOT equivalent) Inspector certification or willingness to obtain it
- Valid driving license category B
- Fluent Dutch language skills, both written and spoken
