About this role
Receptionist and host/hostess role for A-Point Service's Amsterdam Zuidoost location. You will be the primary contact for customers via phone and in-person, handling incoming calls and transfers (approximately 80% of duties), welcoming visitors to the showroom, and managing light administrative tasks such as customer record maintenance and mail processing. Mandatory availability every Saturday; additional flexibility on weekdays (Monday required, Wednesday and Friday preferred) within operating hours of 07:30–18:00 on weekdays and 09:00–17:00 on Saturdays.
