About this role
As a Technical Specialist at a-point in Amsterdam West, you will be the primary contact for complex technical issues on vehicles from Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. You will diagnose and resolve challenging faults using your expertise in electronics, diagnostics, and software systems. You will also mentor colleagues and serve as a resource for the importer on difficult cases, while maintaining high quality standards across the workshop.
What you'll likely bring
- Level 4 diploma in Technical Specialist for Passenger Cars or equivalent qualification in progress
- Proven experience with diagnostic and fault-finding work
- Knowledge of modern vehicle systems, electronics, and software
- APK Inspection Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Valid driving license category B
- Fluent Dutch language skills, both spoken and written
