Technical Writer II

That information includes, but is not limited to, in-app text, user guides, release notes, knowledge base articles, technical papers, and infographics.    You may be required to work periodically at a Jamf office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter.    What you can expect to do in this role : Responsible for end-to-end content creation and curation for assigned Jamf products; this includes working with multiple development teams to understand the technical changes in each software release and determine how best to document them to meet Jamf customer needs, ensuring adherence to style guides and standards,
