Reporting to the Director of Business Continuity, the Manager plays a critical role in preparing for and protecting Jamf from potential disruptions, ensuring business operations can continue during and after a crisis. Responsibilities involve a strategic blend of risk assessment, contingency planning, and stakeholder communication to maintain operational resilience. Also works with cost center departments to perform business impact analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments; assists in business continuity plan (BCP) development and maintenance; conducts and evaluates BCP exercises; promotes program initiatives through training and awareness; and maintains emergency preparedness activities.
