Role and responsibilities As a Manufacturing Team Lead, you will: Lead a manufacturing team with both operational and disciplinary responsibility and create clarity in day-to-day collaboration. Plan and steer daily operations to meet output targets while aligning staffing, shift coverage, vacations, and time management.
