Introduction to the Job
ASML is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to join the Engineering & Competence team within Corporate Real Estate (CRE). In this role, you will act as the operational bridge between Engineering & Competence, Hard Services, and Integrated Facility Management (IFM) suppliers.
You will coordinate technical incident escalations, drive process improvements, and help translate engineering expertise and lessons learned into standardized processes, work instructions, and sustainable operational practices. Your work will directly contribute to asset reliability, supplier performance, operational excellence, and business continuity across the Wilton site.
Role and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering-related incident escalations from operations, user groups, and suppliers.
Ensure incidents are properly assessed, prioritized, and routed to the appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and System Owners.
Track and coordinate technical escalations through resolution, ensuring clear ownership, follow-up actions, and closure.
