About the Role We're hiring a Staff Frontend Engineer to own the member-facing experience at Future. This is not a component-building role. You'll be shaping how our members interact with their coaches, track their progress, and stay motivated — and you'll have real influence over the decisions that define that experience. You'll work directly with product and design on a small, senior team. There are no layers between you and the work that matters. What You'll Own: Product & Experience- Own the frontend architecture and implementation of our core member-facing product. Partner closely with product and design to translate vision into polished, performant interfaces. Build with the member in mind — you care about load times, interaction feel, and the small details that make an experience feel alive. Engineering Excellence- Set the standard for frontend code quality, component architecture, and design system usage across the team.
