Future Affairs Consulting is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of their personalized health guidance platform. You will own key product experiences across the platform, working at the intersection of AI, human expertise, and behavior change. The role involves designing core workflows for onboarding, training, coaching, and long-term user engagement, translating product strategy into user flows and high-fidelity designs, and establishing scalable design patterns. You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape how users interact with their health data and guidance systems.
What you'll likely bring
- Experience designing complex product experiences, particularly in health, wellness, or consumer applications
- Proficiency in translating strategy and user research into wireframes and high-fidelity designs
- Ability to design systems and workflows that integrate consumer interfaces with expert tools and AI components
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and ability to ensure cohesive, intuitive design across multiple user journeys
- Experience developing scalable design patterns and design systems
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Engineering teams
