About the Role: We’re hiring a Lead Android Engineer to set the technical direction for Future’s Android products and build the experiences our members use every day. You’ll lead work across our phone and Wear OS apps. You’ll shape core journeys such as onboarding, coach messaging, scheduling, guided workouts, progress tracking, health-data integration, and video calls. You’ll work with product, design, backend, and iOS engineers on a small, senior team. This is a hands-on role. You’ll move between product details and system architecture, write production code, guide technical decisions, and help other engineers do their best work.
